Barn Raising at the Ranch - Part 1 - June 25th - 27th 2005

We spent three days getting started on our pole barn here at the Ranch.  The horses have been here for months so it was time to give them a place to go to get out of the elements.  Take a look at the pictures we took through the first part of the project.

Green Acres Party - November 8th 2003

The Lake Douglas Ranch sponsored it's first Green Acres Party at the new Ranch here in Ft. Christmas, Florida.

We had about 35 guests throughout the day and night - enjoying the food, the bonfire and the hayrides (until the last one got stuck in the mud...).  We even threw in a full moon with a total eclipse for entertainment (we are out in the country you know).

Cowboy Dan used his new mosquito fogger to keep the little buggers at bay and everyone could enjoy being outdoors for the eclipse over the orange grove.

We're looking forward to making this an annual fall event.
